How do I enter the promotion if I’m from England, Scotland or Wales?

To enter:

1) Purchase a participating Anchor Spreadable promotional pack

2) Visit

3) Enter the last 4 digits of the barcode found on your pack, your full name, email address, phone number, postal address, preferred bag design and name for personalisation

4) Entrants will then be entered into the daily prize draw

How do I enter the promotion if I’m from Northern Ireland?

Residents of Northern Ireland do not need to purchase a promotional pack. For a free entry, email your name, age, postal address, preferred bag design and name for personalisation to ( Please ensure the subject line of your email message is NI Free Entry – Anchor Lunch Bag. You will then be entered into that day’s prize draw. There is a maximum of one entry per person per day.

Internet connection is required to enter the promotion.

How often can I enter the promotion?

You can enter the promotion once each day.

How many times could I win an Anchor personalised lunch bag?

You can only win one personalised lunch bag throughout the promotion.


How do I know if I've won?

You will be notified via email within 14 days of the draw if you’re a winner.

Why have I received an email saying that the name I requested to be personalised on my lunch bag hasn't been accepted?

Any name given for personalisation that is judged to be inappropriate will not be allowed. We will email you to inform you of this and request you provide a different name to be personalised on the lunch bag.

Where will my personalised lunch bag be delivered to?

Your personalised lunch bag will be delivered to the address you provided when you entered the promotion.

My personalised lunch bag hasn't arrived. What should I do?

If you are a winner, please allow up to 90 days for the delivery of the prize. If your prize hasn't been delivered within 90 days, please contact the Anchor Lunch Bag consumer care team by email at (enter email).

Why didn't I receive the lunch bag design I requested?

Unfortunately we're not able to guarantee that you will receive your preferred lunch bag design.


The website doesn't recognise the last four digits of my barcode, or tells me I have already entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you’ve entered the last four digits of your barcode exactly as it appears on your pack. If you’ve previously entered this code, you will be unable enter again using the same code.
